違背萬人所共通的自然法而應該受處罰

J.Locke 曾提出： 

...... if they perished in his possession without their due use, if the fruits rotted or the venison putrefied before he could spend it, he offended against the common law of nature and was liable to be punished; he invaded his neighbor’s share, for he had no right further than his use called for any of them and they might serve to afford him conveniences of life. 

 

他為了更多自己使用的必要，而侵犯了其他鄰人的份量。 

對於事物上本來就未嘗給予他生活利益以上的任何權利。 



我們必須要思考，他能夠將食物選擇燒毀的思維結構到底為何?
